Martial Arts are extensive systems of codified practices and traditions of combat that are practiced for a variety of reasons, including self-defense, competition, physical health and fitness, as well as mental, physical and spiritual development.
At this fitness studio we have a variety to offer when it comes to Martial Arts, being qualified to grade students in Zen Do Kai, Krav Maga and Muay Thai. Although, that is not all we do, we love to mix it up with more of a “freestyle” form of combat. All forms of fighting are enjoyed here, from stand-up, grappling, take downs, stick and weaponry (advanced students).
All Martial Arts classes are for both male and females of all ages and fitness levels starting at 3 years, for beginners as well as experienced individuals.
